Asset Management and Reporting

The major issuers of service industry tenders are now asking for proof that an asset has been visited and for detailed reporting concerning every event that happens to an asset. Our OSEC (On Site Equipment Card) system caters for registration of assets, proof of a technician's visit and detailed reporting of every event including regular maintenance or break and fix.

OSEC (On Site Equipment Cards) for Digital Pens

OSEC Objectives

  • To be used like barcodes and stickers on site, having the unique dot pattern registered to equipment or location.
  • To provide a proof of on site visit by a pen user. The dot pattern cannot be copied, and one pen stroke records the time and date of visit of the pen user.

What is required?

  • Register the card or sticker to the equipment and location
  • Leave the card on site
  • Use a small form to indicate the details of the visit associated to a group of cards and to send the data to the digital pen server

How does it work?

  • When working on an equipment on site, tick the dotted sticker or card with a digital pen
  • When the job is finished, write on the service card for instance the JobNo / type of job or a short result and comment, then tick the send box to send the data.
